I created this blog primarily as a reference for myself. I am an IT Professional and as I work through various problems I keep references to the things that have helped me learn and work through it. Also I try to keep track of anything useful that I may come across in the future.

Hi,
I was researching a way to profile MongoDB and came across your blog (thank you Google). I’m very interested in building something similar to the Kibana-LogStash+ElastiSearch+MongoDB for our WB studio. Would you care to share your github or code for building the dashboard ?

So I’ve responded to a previous comment already stating that I no longer have the dashboards that I originally created when I was profiling but I did include the code for my logstash configs which are pretty generic and could be applied to most MongoDB instances. I also would recommend creating your own because there is a new version of Kibana available with many more advanced features. Unfortunately Kibana 3 dashboards are not compatible with Kibana 4 and with the additional features if you aren’t already using the ELK stack I would recommend using the newer versions that are available as they’ve been greatly improved.
